The Credit 5.1 web service main function is to provide the ability to create and update credits. Either EBF or IBF can be created through this web service.
Edu-iX will execute the specific actions (e.g. specify, block, correct) and handle all needed interactions to all publishers. This is done using the account of the distributor triggering the event, so these credentials must be supplied to Edu-iX on before hand.
